Privacy Notice

Last updated August 20, 2026

Qubi Labs LLC is the data controller for personal data processed through Marketur (marketur.net). This notice explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and what rights you have. Contact us at support@marketur.net.

Personal data we collect

  • Account data: email address, username, display name, avatar image, bio and any links you add to your profile.
  • Content you submit: business ideas, answers to the reality check questions, tracker notes and any product you submit for a Deadpool assessment, plus the reports generated from them.
  • Transaction data: subscription status, plan, billing period and payment identifiers. Card numbers are handled by Paddle and never reach our servers.
  • Marketing data: name and email if you request the free ebook or opt into emails.
  • Technical data: a device identifier cookie used to fairly limit free usage, IP address, browser type, and basic log and error data.

Why we use it

  • To create your account and run the Service (performance of a contract).
  • To generate reports and store your history (performance of a contract).
  • To take payment, manage subscriptions and prevent fraud (contract, legal obligation).
  • To enforce free usage limits and keep the Service secure (legitimate interests).
  • To send the ebook and product emails you asked for (consent, withdrawable any time).
  • To improve the tool through aggregate, non identifying statistics (legitimate interests).

Who we share it with

We share personal data with service providers who process it on our behalf:

  • Paddle.com Market Ltd, our reseller and Merchant of Record, for payments, tax, invoicing, fraud prevention and billing support.
  • Supabase, for database, authentication and file storage hosting.
  • Cloudflare and Lovable, for application hosting and delivery.
  • OpenAI and other AI and research providers, to process the idea details you submit and produce your report.
  • Keywords Everywhere, for search volume data on the keywords derived from your idea.
  • Google, if you choose to sign in with a Google account.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights.

International transfers

Our providers are based mainly in the United States and the European Union. Where data leaves your region we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Account data and reports are kept while your account is open and for up to 90 days after you delete it, unless a longer period is required by law. Transaction records are kept for up to 7 years for tax and accounting. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies only: a session cookie to keep you signed in and a device identifier cookie so free usage limits work without an account. We do not run advertising trackers.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent. Email support@marketur.net and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. For billing data held by Paddle as Merchant of Record, you may also contact Paddle directly.

Children

Marketur is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this notice. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will notify you of material changes by email or in the app.
