Terms and Conditions

Marketur is operated by Qubi Labs LLC ("Qubi Labs", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in the United States. These terms are a legal agreement between you and Qubi Labs covering the marketur.net website and the Marketur tools, including the Business Reality Check, the Validation Tracker and the Deadpool assessments (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms. Questions go to support@marketur.net.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to your purchase in addition to these terms.

Accounts

• You must give accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• One person or business per account. Do not share or resell access.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.

Subscriptions and billing

• Marketur Pro is a recurring subscription billed at 7.99 USD per month until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout and may include tax depending on your location.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your account page or through the billing portal.
• When you cancel, access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account drops to the free tier.
• If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend Pro features until payment succeeds.
• We may change pricing or plan limits. Changes to an active subscription take effect at the next renewal and we will tell you before they apply.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything illegal, fraudulent, harmful or deceptive.
• Submit content that infringes anyone's rights, is defamatory, hateful, or contains malware.
• Scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, resell, or use automated tools to extract the Service or its outputs at scale.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, authentication, rate limits or any other technical restriction.
• Interfere with the Service, overload our infrastructure, or probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, prompts, scoring methodology and branding, is owned by Qubi Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own business purposes while your account is in good standing.

You keep ownership of the ideas and information you submit. You grant us a licence to process that content in order to run the Service, including sending it to our research and AI providers. You own the reports generated for you and may use them freely for your own business, including sharing them.

Not professional advice

Marketur produces research based analysis and opinion. It is not financial, legal, investment, tax or accounting advice, and no result is a guarantee of any business outcome. You are responsible for your own decisions. AI generated research can be incomplete or wrong, so verify anything important before acting on it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, if your payments fail or are reversed, or if your use puts the Service or other users at risk. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability, will survive.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qubi Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do we will change the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be handled by the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, unless mandatory local law where you live says otherwise.
