What it covers
- Troubleshooting – something that stopped working, or never started. A plugin conflict, a setting that will not stick, a page that renders wrongly.
- A small configuration job – a setting you cannot find, a redirect that needs setting up, a menu or permission that is not behaving.
- A second opinion – you think something is wrong but cannot prove it, and you want someone to look before you rebuild it.
What you get
The fix, and an explanation of what was actually wrong. The explanation matters: most WordPress problems recur, and knowing the cause is often worth more than the fix.
If it turns out the problem cannot be solved within the scope, we tell you that plainly and what it would take instead, rather than spending your money finding out.
