The terms that apply when you use Marketur, create an account, join the community, purchase access, or use Marketur software and connected tools.

Acceptance

By accessing or using Marketur, creating an account, purchasing a product or service, or using Marketur software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable site or service.

What Marketur provides

Marketur is a WordPress-focused platform that may provide educational content, community features, memberships, WordPress plugins, AI-connected site management tools, downloads, support and related services. Features may change as the platform develops.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Provide accurate information and notify us if you believe your account or connected site has been compromised.

Memberships and payments

Paid plans, products and services are offered at the prices and billing terms shown at checkout. Recurring subscriptions continue until canceled according to the terms presented at purchase. Prices and included features may change for future billing periods where permitted by law.

Refunds

Refund requests are evaluated according to the terms presented at purchase and the nature of the product or service. Access to downloaded software, digital resources or completed services may affect refund eligibility.

WordPress plugins and software

Marketur may provide software developed by Marketur and may also discuss or integrate with third-party software. Third-party products remain subject to their developers’ licenses and terms. Marketur is not responsible for changes, outages, vulnerabilities or incompatibilities introduced by third-party products.

AI-connected tools

Some Marketur tools allow supported AI assistants or other authorized clients to inspect or modify a WordPress site according to permissions configured by the site owner. You are responsible for the permissions you grant, the instructions you provide, maintaining appropriate backups, and reviewing important changes. AI-generated or AI-executed work can be incorrect and should be reviewed before relying on it for critical purposes.

Acceptable use

You may not use Marketur to gain unauthorized access to systems, distribute malware, violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property, harass others, spam users, interfere with the platform, or bypass security and access controls.

Community conduct

Community participants must not post unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing or malicious content. We may remove content or restrict accounts that disrupt the community or violate these terms.

Intellectual property

Marketur’s original software, branding, articles, guides and other original materials are owned by Marketur or their applicable rights holders. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant Marketur the rights reasonably necessary to display and operate that content as part of the service.

No warranty

Marketur and its content, software and services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free software, specific rankings, revenue, business results or compatibility with every WordPress environment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marketur is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the site, software, connected services or third-party products.

Termination

You may stop using Marketur at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the platform, enforce these terms or comply with law.

Changes

We may update these terms as Marketur evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
