How the check works
We ask ChatGPT, with live web search switched on, the question a customer asks: “I need a good roofer in Charlotte, NC. Who would you recommend?” We do not mention your business, so the answer is the one a real customer gets. Then we show you the businesses it named, and whether you were among them.
Why it matters
When ChatGPT does not recommend you, it is usually not about how good you are. It is about what it can find and read: whether your website says clearly what you do and where, whether AI tools can read your pages at all, and what your Google listing and reviews say about you.
