Push notifications are working

Push notifications now work across desktop browsers and installed mobile apps, so announcements can reach you without an email. Getting there turned up a genuinely obscure bug: subscriptions were failing silently with no error anywhere in the interface, and it traced back to a single rejected identifier. Marketur PWA PowerUp now builds subscriber IDs correctly, and the fix ships to everyone running the plugin.
